National Industries for the Blind (NIB) and its nationwide network of nearly 100 associated nonprofit agencies are the largest employer of people who are blind, low vision, or visually impaired in the country. For 86 years, we’ve created opportunities for people who are blind to become wage earners and taxpayers, reducing their reliance on government support and empowering them to build a career, support a family, and achieve economic independence. We are championing the American dream for people who are blind. NIB and our agencies provide critical products and services for commercial and government customers right here in the United States, including textiles manufacturing, kitting, supply chain warehousing and distribution, document management, and call center support.
