Marathon’s Autonomous Robotic Training Systems (ARTS) currently serve all major USMC installations.
A MCWL evaluation of 5,000 shooters concluded AI-driven ARTS were “a vast improvement to training modality over existing systems, and was value-added in all training events.” ARTS have two major benefits: tripling Marine lethality “in just one day,” and reducing range upgrade costs ~85% through ZIRM (Zero Infrastructure Range Modernization).
ARTS consist of a squad of Intelligent Robotic Role Players that fill 8 roles beyond those of traditional targets. ARTS incorporate human-like behaviors like speech, vision, intelligence/teamwork, and human emotions like anger or fear.
